There is no shared-minivan collection route and no need to change vehicles at a bus station. For an arrival pickup, add the flight number when the booking form requests it. The driver meets you in the arrivals hall. The flight can be monitored before arrival, and if the flight is delayed the pickup time is adjusted; waiting caused by the flight delay is free. This keeps the booking tied to the actual arrival instead of an estimated landing time.

Popular local airport routes

The most common local transfers connect the airport with Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach. That means this airport guide does not maintain a second independent set of fares.

Travel time depends on the exact drop-off point and road conditions. Krabi Town is normally the closest of the main visitor areas. Ao Nang is farther west, while Klong Muang and Tubkaek are farther along the coast. Choose the real hotel or address rather than a broad area name when possible, especially when your accommodation is outside the main centre of a destination.

Piers, Railay and onward boat connections

Several airport journeys end at a mainland pier rather than at a hotel. Klong Jilad Pier serves boat and ferry connections from the Krabi Town side, while Nopparat Thara is in the Ao Nang area. If you are travelling to Railay, the road transfer ends at the confirmed mainland pickup or boat point because Railay itself cannot be reached by car.

The onward boat journey is separate from the taxi ride, so check the current boat arrangement for your travel date. When an airport arrival must connect with a scheduled boat, allow practical margin for immigration or baggage collection, the road journey and pier check-in.

Longer private transfers from Krabi Airport

For island or pier journeys, the road-transfer boundary matters. A taxi can take you to the confirmed road-accessible destination or pier, but separate boat tickets, ferry charges or onward island transport are not automatically included unless the route page explicitly says so. Booking an airport pickup

Choose Krabi International Airport as the pickup point, select the exact destination and add the requested travel details. For an arriving flight, include the flight number. If the destination has a configured fixed fare, the booking interface shows it. If there is no fixed route price, the request can still be sent and the price is confirmed before the ride is accepted.

If you are travelling in the opposite direction for a departing flight, use your hotel or other road-accessible location as the pickup point and Krabi Airport as the destination.
